Abstract
The article is devoted to the concept and characteristics of legal technologies for consolidating Ukraine's juvenile legislation. Consolidation is examined as a form of legislative systematization that combines multiple related normative prescriptions into a larger, coherent act while preserving the substantive direction of legal regulation.
The study identifies methods, stages, participants, and intellectual tools involved in consolidation and explains their relevance to fragmented juvenile normative material. It argues that well-designed consolidation can reduce duplication, improve structural coherence, clarify legal regulation, and create a stronger foundation for the subsequent codification of juvenile legislation.
