Abstract
The study identifies features of gender and juvenile policy in different legal systems and examines the formation of women's and children's rights. Equal rights and non-discrimination are central tasks of the modern social and legal state, and effective gender and juvenile policies can strengthen public trust and a state's international standing.
Using analysis and synthesis, formal-legal analysis, and comparative law, the authors identify characteristics of gender and juvenile policy across legal systems, demonstrate the importance of human rights and non-discrimination, and propose ways to improve policy through the exchange of promising legal approaches. The research also considers the influence of religious, national, and historical factors on the development of these policies.
